History of Company
New Concept Consulting.,co.ltd (NCC) is a 100% Lao company founded in 2009 by Mr. Bouvieng CHAMPAPHAN (Chairman) under the commitment and passion of using modern technology to facilitate social and generate income for members and stakeholders nationwide.

In 2012, the NCC obtained approval from the Ministry of Finance to launch a lucky draw with development Lottery for deployed mobile lottery solution in Lao PDR allowing mobile phone subscribers of 3 operators ( ETL, LTC and UNITEL) to bet 2and 3 digit number via 4 channels: SMS,USSD,LDB Mobile banking and LDB ATM.

In 2013, NCC has extended its development for mobile lottery by releasing future channels as IVR and Direct service center.

In 2015, NCC was authorized to start the modern Lottery with its own Lottery System known as “Mobile Lottery Brand”

In 2016, NCC has developed and deployed a new lottery solution for dream teller lotto 3/40 and also customized and deployed Mifos X Microfinance solutions for the New Concept Deposit Taking Microfinance institution.

In 2017, NCC has released it Top-Up application “Wiload” to the Lao market, which allow users to Top-Up airtime both to their own number or others of 3 major operations in Lao PDR (ETL, LTC and Unitel).

In 2018, NCC has developed and deployed mobile wallet for its microfinance institution name “KAPAO” it means “wallet” in Lao Language.
